Returns & Refunds Eligibility

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product due to our error.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Custom-made or personalised items, as these are uniquely crafted for you.

  • Change of mind or ordering the wrong product.

  • Items that have been installed, used, or modified after delivery.

How to Request a Refund

Return Shipping

  • If your return is approved, we will provide a return address and instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.

Refund Processing

Exchanges
