  1. Returns Eligibility

1.1 We accept returns on products that arrive damaged, defective, or are incorrect due to an error on our part.

1.2 Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original accessories to qualify for a return.

1.3 Customized or personalized items are generally non-refundable, as they are specifically made according to your specifications. Exceptions apply if the product arrives defective or damaged.

2.1 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@thesignmakers.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographs if the item is damaged or defective.

2.2 Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

2.3 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.

  1. Refunds

3.1 Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund.

3.2 Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

3.3 If a return is approved but the product shows signs of use or tampering, we reserve the right to deny a full refund or provide a partial refund based on the condition of the item.

4.1 We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process as outlined above and specify your preference for an exchange.
