Can you make your 'A' board signs larger?

Due to UK council regulations, we keep our pavement signs under 1m high, as most councils don’t allow 'A' boards over 1.1m.

Can I see the sign size before making a payment?

We don’t offer this feature yet, but we're working on it. However, you’ll receive an artwork proof after placing your order.

Are your light boxes freestanding or wall-mounted?

Our lightboxes come with small hooks on the back for wall mounting, but they can also stand on shelves or the floor.

What’s the colour temperature of your LEDs?

Our LEDs typically range between 4000-5000K, giving a neutral white that’s balanced between warm and cool tones.

How long does delivery take?

For in-stock signs, we aim to dispatch the same day if ordered before 12pm. Custom or printed signs usually ship 1-3 days after artwork approval. Please note, we are closed on weekends.

Can I have a different design on each side of the sign?

Yes, our system allows you to upload two separate artwork files for double-sided signs.

Are your prints weatherproof?

Yes, we use high-quality adhesive vinyl for weather resistance.

Do I need planning permission for an illuminated shop sign?

If other shops nearby have similar illuminated signs, you should be fine. However, we recommend checking with your local council, especially if you're in a historic or conservation area.

Can I customize the dimensions or colours of your signs?

Do you offer trade discounts?
